For the sake of good order, we clarify that we reserve the right to update and modify from time to time the privacy policy and/or the terms of sale and/or service on the website, in a manner that includes required updates and changes, including but not limited to technological, business, legal, regulatory changes, and the like.
By agreeing to use the website, you agree to the website’s privacy policy and to the company’s right to amend, update, and change the privacy policy as needed and in accordance with the law. If you do not agree with the above and below, you are asked not to use the website at all. Likewise, by using the website and providing personal information, to the extent the user expresses consent, the user agrees to the collection, storage, and use of the information as stated in this policy, including its transfer to third parties as detailed below.

Regarding the right of access and correction of information:

Any person is entitled to review information about them held in a database, personally or through an authorized representative or guardian.

5.3 Right of correction:

5.5 Notice of refusal:
If the company refuses the request, it will notify the applicant in writing, with reasons, within 30 days.
5.6 Right of appeal:
A refusal may be appealed to the Magistrate’s Court in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law.

5.14 Right to claim compensation without proof of damage – according to Amendment 13, up to 10,000 NIS in certain cases (note: exercising rights does not involve user costs).

6. Information Security

6.5 Mandatory security documents – “Database Definition Document,” “Information Security Procedure,” and “Systems Mapping Document,” in accordance with the Privacy Protection Regulations (Information Security), 2017.
Caution notice:
If as a result of using the website the user is directed to other websites linked in any way to the company’s website, the company bears no responsibility for any such transition. The user will be subject to the privacy policy of the destination site. The user acknowledges that there are risks in using the internet and providing information through it.

8.3 In case of sale, merger, or acquisition of the company or its operations.
8.4 At the user’s request or explicit consent.
8.5 In disputes, claims, or legal proceedings between user and company.
8.6 If the company believes disclosure is necessary to prevent severe harm to the website, its operators, the user, third parties, or other significant harm.
8.7 When transferring data to a database holder (e.g., external service providers), the company will ensure contractual arrangements as required by law.
