Introduction

The terms detailed below govern the use of the Plastovack Boutique website (hereinafter: “the Website“). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Website and do not purchase packaging from Plastovack and/or any other product offered for sale on the Website.

The Website was created by Plastovack (1990) Ltd., C.N. 511459182, located at 8 Shimon Israeli St. / 3 HaAmit Yitzhak St., Rishon LeZion (hereinafter: “Plastovack” or “the Company”).

Important clarification – The Website redirects to the company’s online store “Plasto Vack Boutique – Online Packaging, Hosting, and Inspiration Shop” (“Online Purchases Website”). Redirections occur both on the main landing page and anywhere linking to product purchase options.

Accordingly, when clicking the link and moving to the Online Purchases Website and/or entering it directly – the browsing terms and privacy policy are expected to change. However, the Company has decided to leave on this Website (which does not include purchase functionality) the full terms, including sale terms, exactly as they appear on the Online Purchases Website – in order to simplify things for visitors who may not notice they have moved to the Company’s Online Purchases Website.

In these circumstances – please note that the following terms include details not necessarily directly relevant to this Website, but rather to the Company’s Online Purchases Website only.

It is also clarified that user data may transfer between the two Company websites, while the Company maintains all user rights as required by law.
